Roy Keane, one of the legends of Manchester United, has passed a very harsh judgment on the goalkeeper of the Red Devils, André Onana.
Manchester United legend Roy Keane believes Andre Onana will continue to make mistakes at Old Trafford. While blaming him for his disastrous beginnings, he still encourages him not to give up.
“Possible to bring De Gea back? »
Keane admits Onana couldn’t have started his time at United worse as David de Gea’s successor. He told Overlap: “They should have kept him (De Gea). They can’t get it back? He’s free, isn’t he? No, he had to leave, didn’t he? He also made too many mistakes.”

“It’s obvious he (Onana) got off to a very bad startjudged the Irishman. We are talking about positions at all the big clubs (and) the Manchester United goalkeeper must have a huge personality to deal with mistakes. But he has already made six, seven or eight big mistakes that led to goals. This is not a good start. It’s a long way to bounce back. We have seen goalkeepers come to United with difficult starts and we have worked with some very good goalkeepers. There is no going back.”
He added : “I remember speaking to different goalkeeping coaches at Manchester United and they always said that goalkeepers make mistakes, but all that matters is how you deal with them at Manchester United. Peter (Schmeichel) made a lot of mistakes at Manchester United, but he recovered very quickly, and that’s the problem with goalkeepers.
