Achraf Hakimi made a name for himself on social networks after Paris Saint-Germain’s victory against Olympique Lyonnais (2-0) this Monday evening in Ligue 1. Captain in the absence of Marquinhos, the Moroccan player displayed a new look with braids, a hairstyle which did not go unnoticed. The official Ligue 1 account responded to this change by publishing a teasing message: “New haircut and still so much flow”.
The Moroccan international was quick to respond with a touch of humor: “Tight braids like my links with Paris”accompanied by a hilarious emoji. Absent from the Ballon d’Or ceremony organized in London, Hakimi finished in 13th place in the ranking. A position which may seem harsh in view of his season, even if his performance against Lyon was marked by some unusual technical approximations.
