OM won on the Troyes pitch this Sunday evening at the end of the 6th round of Ligue 1. Not without difficulty (0-2).

How sluggish… Certainly limited in its options and forced to resort to its less tender youth with Bezahaf and Kamissoko lined up this Sunday evening, OM once again showed worrying shortcomings at the Stade de l’Aube, in the lair of Estac. Faced with a potential direct competitor… maintain.

In this sixth act of the championship, the Marseillais achieved their second success of the season – after five defeats in a row including the Europa League – winning laboriously at the expense of a valiant Trojan team (0-2). A local training which certainly deserved better.

OM leaves the red zone

Dominant in their game intentions, the Aubois had little to reproach themselves for in this match other than a missed return from the locker room after the break. A few minutes of hesitation were enough for the Olympians to make the difference. On a good cross from Emerson cut at the far post by Harit (0-1, 50e). The only shot on target for the Phocaeans in this game… Until the break penalty obtained by Moumbagna in added time, and transformed by Abdelli (0-2, 90e+6).

Ultimately, OM got away with three points this evening. With the consequence in the ranking an appreciable jump since the men of Genesio leave the red zone to establish themselves in 13e position. Still seven lengths from the supposedly targeted podium. Estac for its part, with two units less on the clock, plunges to 17e rank.
