The Spaniard was voted best coach in Serie A for the 2025-2026 season during the “Gran Galà del Calcio AIC“. A particularly strong recognition for the man who started his career on the bench at Como in 2023, only a few months after hanging up his crampons.
This award above all salutes the exceptional season achieved by the Italian club, fourth in the Italian championship last season and therefore qualified for the Champions League, while the club was not one of the contenders announced at this level a few months ago. Fàbregas notably built his project around young talents like Nico Paz and continued this ambitious policy in the transfer window, with several promising recruits like Moise Kean.
