LOSC could complete the most resounding transfer in history this summer. To the tune of 100 million euros.

LOSC certainly knows how to sell. In the past there was Rafael Leao, transferred to AC Milan for 50 million euros in 2020, Leny Yoro, sold to Manchester City for more than 60 million in 2025, but also and above all the spectacular sales of Nicolas Pépé and Victor Osimhen to Arsenal and Napoli for around 80 million euros, in 2020 and 2021 respectively.

This summer, the Mastiffs could well reach a new milestone since talks are well and truly underway for a record transfer of 100 million euros. The move in question concerns young midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi, one of Manchester City’s top priorities now.

An inevitable transfer at such an amount

The Skyblues have just completed the transfer of Rodri to FC Barcelona. For 70 million euros more or less. And to fill the void left by the Spanish world champion, it is the Moroccan revelation of the 2026 World Cup that has been targeted. Him and the Argentinian Enzo Fernandez who is no longer necessarily welcome on the Chelsea side.

Under contract with Lille until June 2029, Ayyoub Bouaddi, only 18 years old, has already played 96 professional matches in the red jersey of the northern club. LOSC wishes to keep it but its president, Olivier Létang, wants to be pragmatic. “ We have to be realistic and there are figures for which it would be a mistake, firstly not to anticipate, and secondly not to carry out such a transfer », he breathes.
