Real Madrid and Fly Emirates have formalized the extension of their partnership, an agreement described as historic in Spain, which links the two institutions until 2031. The main sponsor of the Madrid tunic will thus continue to appear on the white jersey, confirming a collaboration that has become one of the longest and most emblematic in European football. According to A.S.this new extension represents a significant increase in revenue for the Spanish club.
While the previous agreement was estimated between 70 and 80 million euros per season, Real Madrid should now receive almost 100 million euros annually. A revaluation which confirms the club’s status as a world reference in terms of income from jersey sponsorship. Initiated in 2011 and becoming main sponsor in 2013, the collaboration between the two parties will thus reach almost twenty years of continuity, also extending to the basketball sections and training teams.
