This Friday morning, Achraf Hakimi appeared before the investigating chamber of the Versailles Court of Appeal. The Moroccan international challenged his dismissal before a criminal court.
As incredible as it may seem, Kylian Mbappé’s initial testimony in this case appears to incriminate his former Paris Saint-Germain teammate. “Kylian Mbappé specifies that Achraf Hakimi told him that they had caressed each other’s private parts, which appears to be distinct from the kisses and a hand on the back, under the clothing, reported by the accused”wrote the investigating judge in the indictment order, relayed by RMC Sport.
The captain of the France team was interviewed by investigators in April 2023. “I think he wanted to sleep with her, at least that’s what I gather from meeting so late. He showed me the messages and I saw that it was she who wanted to come to his house. Achraf told me that they kissed, I asked him if he had done something wrong to her. He told me that there had been mutual caresses on private parts but that at no time had he felt any refusal from the young woman. had then entrusted the attacker to the Neuilly-sur-Seine police officers.
Hakimi, Mbappé clarifies certain remarks
It is this last sentence which puts Kylian Mbappé at odds with his friend. The Real Madrid star therefore provided a certificate to the courts to make an important correction. Faced with the police, he would have precisely said “private parts” and no
“private parts”.
Thus, number 10 Merengue wants to convince the courts that Achraf Hakimi did not touch the genitals of the young woman who filed a complaint against him. “Despite common sense, Kylian Mbappé now risks claiming that ‘private parts’ would not have a sexual connotation. Justice will appreciate”, reacted the latter’s lawyer, Me Pardo, at the end of the hearing. The public prosecutor’s office requested confirmation of the decision. The decision will be made on June 19.
