The ranking of European top scorers

This Monday is already the twenty-seventh assessment of the season in the ranking of European top scorers. We thus find the scorers who shook the nets in Germany, England, Austria, Belgium, Scotland, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland and Turkey. In first place, as is often the case, we find Harry Kane. The English striker scored against Mainz this Saturday in a 3-4 victory. He thus has 33 goals in 28 matches.

With only a few weeks of competition remaining, the former Tottenham player is well on his way to finishing in the lead since he is 8 points ahead of his closest pursuer. Second, the Japanese Ayase Ueda has 25 goals in 28 matches. This Saturday against Groningen, he scored twice in a 3-1 victory for Feyenoord. The podium is completed by Luis SuĂ rez with 24 goals in 27 matches. The Colombian who came on against AVS (1-1) did not find the solution.

Kylian Mbappé leaves the podium

At the foot of the podium, Kylian Mbappé fails with fairly similar statistics. Scorer against Real Betis Balompié (1-1), the French striker from Real Madrid climbs to 24 goals in 28 matches. Fifth, Erling Haaland remains on a goal scored this Wednesday against Burnley (1-0) and thus displays 24 goals in 32 matches. Further on, Paul Onuachu took sixth place. The Nigerian from Trabzonspor has 22 goals in 26 matches and plays this Monday against Konyaspor.

Vedat Muriqi comes seventh with 21 goals in 30 matches. The Kosovar remained silent with Mallorca on Saturday against Deportivo Alavés (2-1). Eighth, Vangelis Pavlidis has a similar record, but played one more match. The Greek striker did not score against Moreirense (4-1). Ninth, Igor Thiago has 21 goals in 33 matches. The Brazilian plays with Brentford this evening against Manchester United. Finally, Eldor Shomurodov comes in tenth position. The Uzbek striker has 20 goals in 31 matches with Istanbul Basaksehir and remains on a double against Kasimpasa (4-0).

Estéban Lepaul (Stade Rennais) and Deniz Undav (VfB Stuttgart) failed to reach the top 10 with 18 goals. Ayoub El Kaabi and Tawanda Maswanhise (Motherwell) are further behind with 17 goals. Mika Godts (Ajax Amsterdam), Lautaro Martinez (Inter Milan), Lamine Yamal (FC Barcelona), Joaquín Panichelli (Strasbourg), Talisca (Fenerbahçe), Luka Jovic (AEK Athens), Yanis Begraoui (Estoril), Chris Bédia (Young Boys Bern) and Ante Budimir (Osasuna) follow with 16 goals.
