The Real Madrid player did not hide his feelings about the departure of young Spanish midfielder Gabri Veiga to the Saudi Arabian championship.

This is perhaps one of the most surprising signings in the entire transfer market. Veiga is indeed very close to leaving Celta to join Saudi club Al Ahli. The bombshell went off last night when Fabrizio Romano reported that the player had agreed to a hugely rich offer (exact figures are not yet known) and that Celta had also accepted the buyout clause money to let their player go .
Toni Kroos calls Veiga transfer ’embarrassing’
The news did not take long to react. Real Madrid player Toni Kroos was quick to react to the signing and responded to the post on Instagram with a brief message: “embarrassing”.
The German doesn’t seem to believe that a player as young and talented as Gabri Veiga ended up leaving for Saudi Arabia at just 21, having had a deal all but sealed with Napoli.
Real Madrid visit Celta on Friday, so Kroos could come face to face with the young virtuoso himself.
