On October 10, a prefectural decree indicated that Olympique de Marseille would have to do without its fans, who were prohibited from traveling to the Abbé-Deschamps side. The latter had decided to contest this decision, before the administrative court of Dijon. But according to Republican Yonnethe body rejected the supporters' appeal. Roberto De Zerbi and his men will therefore have to deprive themselves of this precious support.
The club supported the approach and recognized the evidence and accepted the court's decision. On its site, OM stuck to a simple observation this Monday: “Olympian supporters are prohibited from traveling to the Abbé-Deschamps stadium for the AJ Auxerre-OM match. »
A tense AJA-OM last year
The administrative court justified its decision based on the clashes that occurred last February during the last match between the two teams. Scuffles took place on the sidelines of the match lost that day by Olympique de Marseille (3-0).
Last season, Auxerre won both matches, scoring three goals each time. Marseille therefore has revenge to take and will try to do so on Burgundian soil.
