Endrick, OM's target cracks

Nothing. Not a single minute of play to put yourself under the crampons. Since Xabi Alonso took over from Carlo Ancelotti on the Real Madrid bench, Endrick has not had the right to a second of play. The Brazilian nugget is chomping at the bit but his state of tension is starting to be felt. In OM's little papers, the offensive team got angry this Sunday.

The Spanish press reported that during the match won at the last minute by Real Madrid against Getafe (0-1, 9th day of La Liga), Endrick made a moody gesture. While he hoped to finally be able to come on during the second half, he ended up understanding that Xabi Alonso would once again not call on his services. La Cadena SER reported that Endrick angrily destroyed a bottle that was lying within his reach.

A gesture of which his trainer was aware and which obviously did not please him. The situation is clearly deteriorating around the nineteen-year-old player bought from Palmeiras by Real Madrid in the summer of 2024. The Merengue did not hesitate to bet big on him by paying 47.5 million euros.

Endrick must show himself before the World Cup

Last season, Endrick was not a starter, blocked as he was by the Vinicius-Mbappé-Rodrygo trio. But under the orders of Carlo Ancelotti, he was still able to accumulate 847 minutes of play, in all competitions. He had participated in a total of thirty-seven matches, scoring seven goals and providing one assist.

With the 2026 World Cup getting closer and closer, Endrick must find a solution to play more. Marseille made inquiries this summer and could go on the attack again this winter. There is no doubt that other clubs will also position themselves in the event of a proven desire by the Brazilian to leave Real Madrid.
