This Friday, the first match of the second day of Ligue 1 took place in Paris. Reigning European champion, the capital's club was back at the Parc des Princes. And despite a lawn in very poor condition, the Parisians were keen to give pleasure to their supporters by chaining with a second victory in as many days in the elite. Winner of Nantes last week after a slow match, Paris wanted to show a more inspired face this Friday. To do this, Luis Enrique decided, unlike the past week, to take out the heavy artillery from the entrance. Thus, Bradley Barcola, already a holder in Nantes, was, this time, associated with Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doué. Behind, Marquinhos and Willian Pacho resumed their places alongside Achraf Hakimi and Nuno Mendes.

Everything was gathered so that PSG will fly over the debates against a team from Angers who had beaten Paris FC last week. That Nenni. In cruel lack of rhythm as in its last two outings against Tottenham and Nantes, PSG appeared amorphous in the first period. Faced with a structured Angers and giving the ball willingly to its opponent, Paris did not have the inspiration necessary to obtain dangerous opportunities in order to open the score. The capital's club has therefore tried to take advantage of the few Angevin errors. And on one of them, Mr. Leleu, the referee who replaced Mr. Ben El Hadj after his injury in the quarter of an hour, whistled penalty in favor of the premises following a avoidable fault of Courcoul sur Neves. Finally, Ousmane Dembélé saw his attempt to flee the frame (27th).

PSG finds the fault on the return from the locker room

After this stroke of fate, PSG still sought the fault in vain but the SCO no longer made the slightest mistake until half-time. Upon returning from the locker room, the Ile -de -France residents returned with better intentions. More conquering and eager to quickly find the fault to avoid the quagmire, the men of Luis Enrique found the fault on one of their first accelerations. Dangerous in the first period (33rd), Désiré Doué entered the Angevin defense on the left. Its center was rejected by Haris Belkebla and returned to Fabian Ruiz who deceived Hervé Koffi from a cross strike on the left (1-0, 50th). Released, teammates in the Spanish environment were therefore in control.

Seeking to take shelter and avoid a unpleasant surprise, Paris has multiplied sterile offensives and has never really been able to score a second goal. In this fairly soporific match, Angers did not show a fierce determination either to return to the display board despite the dangerous attempt by Belkhdim (68th). And after two new opportunities (78th, 80th), PSG was no longer rushed into the attack and controlled the situation until the final whistle. Breeding, without real inspiration, but largely mastering its subject, as last week in Nantes, PSG nevertheless granted a second row victory to launch its season (1-0). For his part, Angers, little inspired this evening, bowed for the first time of the season. Next week, Paris travels to Toulouse and Angers receives Rennes.
