Paul Gascoigne hospitalized in intensive care after discomfort

Paul Gascoigne was transported in intensive care Friday evening after collapsing at his home. The former English international (57 selections, 10 goals), was found half aware by his friend and personal driver Steve Foster in the room of his house in Poole, in the Dorset, a county located in the southwest of England.

According to information from the tabloid The Sunthe one nicknamed “Gazza”, best known for his passages to Tottenham and Newcastle; was transferred to an acute medicine unit where his condition was described as stable. He should stay several days in the hospital to recover, surrounded by his family and friends.
