Paris Saint-Germain is once again concerned by legal proceedings linked to Kheira Hamraoui. According to information from AFP, several members of the staff and management of the capital club were interviewed freely as part of a preliminary investigation into moral harassment at work. Opened after a complaint filed in May 2025 by the former Parisian player, this investigation aims to determine whether PSG voluntarily sidelined the midfielder after her convalescence, with the aim of pushing her towards the exit. “ Several auditions took place, including members of the club’s staff and management team », Confirmed the Paris prosecutor’s office, specifying that these hearings took place before the summer. The investigations were entrusted to the Personal Crime Repression Brigade (BRDP). Contacted by AFP, PSG did not wish to comment on this new stage of the procedure.
As a reminder, Kheira Hamraoui was violently attacked with iron bars on November 4, 2021, in Chatou, in Yvelines. This attack is the subject of separate legal proceedings, in which a trial was notably requested against his former teammate Aminata Diallo, suspected of having been the instigator, as well as against César Macavala. After leaving PSG in June 2023, Hamraoui continued her career in Mexico, then Saudi Arabia, destinations she believes she was forced to join due to her situation in Paris. His lawyer, Pascal Garbarini, welcomed the progress of the investigation: “ Numerous hearings within PSG took place. The investigation is progressing. » He also describes his client as very combative and determined to obtain compensation. At the same time as these criminal proceedings, the 36-year-old player had claimed 3.5 million euros from PSG before the industrial tribunal. Dismissed in December 2025, she appealed this decision.
