For 11e times in its history since 1976 – and the second year in a row – the French under -16 team won the Montaigu international tournament on Monday – a world reference in this age group.

Thanks to two doubles of Troyen Christ Batola and Auxerrois Mathis-Tony Loué, and a realization of the Rémois Arone Gadou, the Blueberries dominated their Portuguese counterparts in the final (5-1). A good omen for the national tricolor selection.
