Barça has locked the Lluís Companys Olympic stadium

The Camp Nou site has been very late. The construction of the new blaugrana case began in June 2023 and everything had to be delivered at the end of 2024. Today, the deadlines will not be held and the most pessimistic announces a delivery in 2026. In the meantime, FC Barcelona was not sure to be able to finish its season in the enclosure that hosts it during the works, the Olympic stadium Lluís Companys.

Mundo Deportivo Announcement this afternoon that an agreement was reached between the Catalan club and the municipality. Barça will be able to stay in the current lair until the end of the Liga season. Barça will then decide if it is worth starting the 2025/2026 exercise in a camp Nou still under construction.
