After a heavy defeat against Atalanta Bergame (4-0) last week, Juventus still sank on the field of Fiorentina (3-0) on Sunday. The Viola quickly took control with two consecutive goals from Gosens and Mandragora (15th, 18th), before worsening the situation in the second period thanks to Gudmundsson (53rd).
This new defeat drops the Turin in 5th place, with the podium now out of reach. The situation of the coach, Thiago Motta, therefore becomes more and more precarious. As a reminder, according to the Italian press, it is already under pressure at the end of the season, and a fourth or fifth place in the standings may not be enough to save its place.
