Roma suffered but finally beat Cagliari in a difficult match. After a goalless first half, it was the center-forward Dovbyk that unlocked the situation in the 62nd minute, scoring the only goal of the meeting (1-0). Goalkeeper Romain Svilar made superb stops to keep his team in the match. Paulo Dybala, who came into play, had to leave the field after only 10 minutes due to an injury.
With this victory, the Roma continues its 13th consecutive victory in the championship and approaches only two points from Lazio, 6th. In the Rome classification is therefore only one position of European places. The club is 7th today, in front of AC Milan and Fiorentina. For its part, the Sardinian club remains 15th.
