Barcelona intend to sign a new left winger this month, and in recent weeks several high-profile targets have been mooted. For now, his favorite is Marcus Rashford, although a deal for the Manchester United star won’t be easy, and not just because of his well-known financial problems.
Rashford is wanted on loan, and a deal is possible for Barcelona, although he will have to reduce his wage bill. He needs to do it quickly as many clubs are interested in the 27-year-old, and another is set to join the race: Napoli.
PSG still on the move
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is set to join Paris Saint-Germain in the coming weeks, and Sport claim Napoli will opt for Rashford to replace him. Like Barcelona, the Neapolitans also want him on loan, and striking a deal with Manchester United will be easier for them than the Catalan giants.
Barcelona really like Rashford, and it would be a great deal if they could bring him in on loan. However, it seems to be getting more and more difficult.
