Clearly, Cristian Romero is having a contrasting start to the season with Tottenham. Defensive captain of Spurs, the Argentinian is not spared from injuries. Hit in the ankle, the 26-year-old defender had already missed four matches. And while he made his return this Sunday against Chelsea, nothing went as planned for Romero.

While his team quickly took a comfortable two-goal advantage against the Blues, the former Atalanta Bergamo player finally left due to injury. Visibly injured in his muscles, Romero left in disappointment and was replaced by Radu Dragusin.
