Kim Kardashian says meeting Lionel Messi and getting a signed Inter Miami jersey gave her sons Saint and Psalm “the best day of their lives”.
The American socialite was present during the League Cup match between Inter Miami and Cruz Azul, during which the Argentinian icon Messi made his debut for Inter Miami.
The seven-time Ballon d’Or winner netted a free kick in the 94th minute to seal a 2-1 victory for his new club. The stars came out in force to catch a glimpse of the all-time great, who is embarking on a new adventure in the United States. Kim Kardashian, who has previously visited Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain, took her sons with her to the DRV PNK stadium and was able to have them photographed with the star of the show, while gifting them with a signed shirt.

The influencer posted a video of her sons’ meeting with Messi on Instagram, along with the hashtag ‘best day of their lives’. She also revealed that they had been hanging out with Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham.
Kardashian said why she’s happy to continue dragging herself to high-profile matches: ” My son. He’s obsessed with football and I’d do anything for my babies, so I travel all over the world. We take trips for football and it doesn’t stop. Throughout the summer, we will attend various exhibition matches.
Kardashian has already been accused of ‘cursing’ the teams she supports, and Roma paid the price after she was spotted wearing a retro Serie A outfit. But nothing was going to stop Messi from enjoying a perfect start to the campaign with his new MLS employers.
