Vincent Kompany’s Bayern is ready. While Luis Enrique can offer a surprise at any time in the PSG eleven for the Champions League clash at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday evening (9 p.m.), the Munich team is complete. Manuel Neuer left training during the week, visibly injured in the ribs, but held his place against Augsburg (3-0), Friday in the Bundesliga, and is announced in the probable line-up of Kicker two days away from challenging the Rouge et Bleu. Israeli goalkeeper Daniel Peretz, masterful against the Blues on November 14 (0-0), is the understudy of the 38-year-old German legend.

This very good C1 display is crucial for the two teams before the last three days of the regular phase, since Bayern is 17th in the general ranking after two victories and two defeats and PSG is 25th (completely outside the top 24 qualifying for the phase knockout) after only one victory in four outings.

Bayern’s offensive power

The Belgian coach could make just one change by starting Konrad Laimer at the right-back position in place of Raphaël Guerreiro, a left-hander who slots into the midfield during the Bavarians’ periods of domination. Leon Goretzka and Joshua Kimmich will be present in the middle to impose a physical challenge, Alphonso Davies will accompany Kingsley Coman on the left side of the Munich team, Michael Olise is expected on the right and the unstoppable Jamal Musiala will play in support of Harry Kane, author of a hat-trick against Augsburg.

Friday, Leroy Sané and Serge Gnabry were launched on the wings in the 76th minute, proof of the overkill of the squad of the fussball juggernaut. Joao Palhinha is unavailable at the moment, while Josip Stanisic has a serious knee injury.

The probable composition of Bayern: Neuer – Laimer, Upamecano, Kim, Davies – Kimmich, Goretzka – Olise, Musiala, Coman – Kane.
