RC Lens got the better of Saint-Etienne this Saturday as part of the 8th day of L1 (0-2).

After five consecutive draws, the Lensois finally found their way to victory, this Saturday in Forez. At the expense of Saint-Etienne, Will Still’s men were able to reassure themselves somewhat, and restart the machine.

Quickly, Frankowski allowed his team to lead the score, scorer with a long shot misread by the unfortunate Larsonneur, who had nevertheless made a good start to the match by preserving his cage against the early assaults of the Sang et Or (0-1 , 20e).

Good operation for the RCL

Manhandled in the game, the Greens thought they could come back to the score in the last quarter of an hour, but it was at this precise moment that the Artésiens were able to drive home the point, on a counter well led and concluded by Labeau Lascary ( 0-2.79e).

By returning to victory, Racing places itself back in the lead, in the same unit as Losc and OM, third in the ranking. ASSE, 13eon the other hand, is exposed to a return from the bottom of the table on its heels.
