Real Madrid sets a completely crazy price for Gonzalo García

Despite a more complicated end to the season on a sporting level, Real Madrid remains firm regarding the future of its players, and in particular that of Gonzalo García. The striker, used less in recent months, continues to attract the attention of several European clubs. According to A.S.an Italian team would even be ready to consider a significant offer, while the Madrid management has set a clear price: 60 million euros. A valuation which demonstrates the confidence placed in his potential and which could make him one of the most expensive club-trained players in the club’s history, behind Álvaro Morata.

This very high rating is mainly due to his Golden Boot at the Club World Cup last summer. However, his season remains mixed: with limited playing time and often off-center use, Gonzalo García scored six goals in 34 appearances. A situation which has not dampened its suitors, like Borussia Dortmund, ready to take action, but still far from Madrid’s demands.
