The light at the end of the tunnel. Ousmane Dembélé approaches the return. Exited in the 25th minute of the Champions League clash against Bayern Munich on November 5 due to a calf injury, the 2025 Ballon d’Or took advantage of the international break to treat his injuries. The news is reassuring. The Frenchman has resumed individual training and his feelings are improving day by day. PSG was impatiently awaiting this moment. After three weeks of absence, Dembélé could even join the Parisian group earlier than expected. Friday will be decisive. This is what the media RMC Sport reports.

Dembélé attack from Saturday?

Initially announced for the clash against Tottenham on November 26 in the Champions League, the former Rennes player could finally be available this Saturday against Le Havre at the Parc des Princes. If all the lights turn green this Friday during collective training, his return to the group will be brought forward. At the club, we are cautious: no risks will be taken with the health of the 2018 world champion. But there is hope. Dembélé worked hard during the break, refusing to take a breather to concentrate on his rehabilitation. A paid choice.

The Parisian infirmary is gradually emptying, but Désiré Doué and Achraf Hakimi will still have to wait. The young French striker, who left in tears in Lorient on October 29 after an injury to his right thigh, continues his convalescence. PSG will not rush anything with its 19-year-old nugget. The club hopes to recover Doué at the end of the year or at the latest for the Champions Trophy against OM in Kuwait on January 8, 2026. There is no question of skipping the stages with a player considered to be the future of the Parisian project.

Doué and Hakimi still far from return

As for Achraf Hakimi, the return looks even more distant. The Moroccan full-back continues his rehabilitation after his sprain contracted during a violent tackle by Luis Diaz in the Champions League against Bayern. Appearing in public on Wednesday with an orthopedic boot during the presentation of his African Golden Ball, Hakimi dreams of playing the opening match of the CAN with Morocco on December 21. Very optimistic timing. If all goes well, coach Walid Regragui should nevertheless recover his captain during the competition.

The return of Dembélé comes at the right time for PSG. Since his injury, the Parisian attack has lost its cutting edge and percussion. The Frenchman brings a different dimension with his ability to eliminate in small spaces and create danger on the wings. Facing Le Havre on Saturday, then against Tottenham on Wednesday, Paris will need all its offensive weapons. Dembélé is one of them.
