Chelsea is going through a delicate medical period with a double blow. Stronger Liam Delap, recruited for 35 million euros this summer from Ipswich Town, has worsened his injury to the hamstrings and will be absent for at least ten weeks, a minimum of 12 matches in all competitions, including shocks against Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham. This absence forced the club to review its tactical plans and offensive rotations, with JoĂŁo Pedro now expected to bring the Blues attack.

At the same time, the Dario Essugo community, arrived from Sporting for 22 million euros this summer, underwent an operation in the thigh after a problem contracted with the Portuguese team under 21. The young 20 -year -old shared his frustration from the hospital, announcing a period of convalescence which will deprive him of important games. These two injuries are added to an already busy list for Chelsea, which must now manage its dense calendar and maintain its ambitions in the Premier League and in European competitions. Fortunately for the London club, its workforce is one of the most provided in the Premier League.
