The Marseille supporters dream of it, the transfer window ignites, and rumors are going well. For the past few days, some have mentioned the possibility of a loan from Endrick at OM. But beyond the fantasy, the reality is more cruel. Despite an attractive sporting context, the Marseille club remains far from the standards required by Real Madrid to lend its young Brazilian prodigy.

Real does not intend to sell off endrick

Recruited for 72 million euros bonus included, Endrick embodies the future of Real Madrid. Linked until 2031, it has a new -digit release clause. Florentino PƩrez does not intend to part with it other than by a very supervised loan. And above all, without option to buy. The idea? See him ripen a year before recovering it in 2026 already prowled with European requirements.

If OM's qualification in the Champions League meets a major criterion, it is not enough. Real wants a Spanish -speaking environment, a compatible style of play, a guarantee of tenure in the axis or on the left. However, OM has already bet on Amine Gouiri for the number 9 post. Villarreal, Seville, Sporting or Brighton seem better placed, because they are closer to the profile sought.

Endrick at OM, the impossible equation

An operation beyond financial reach

Endrick's salary is estimated at 5 million euros gross annual, to which are added 30 % of family image rights. Real demands that the lessee club assume the entire salary as well as a ā€œloan feeā€ from 5 to 6 million euros. Under DNCG constraint, Marseille has already hired Medina and almost Peaceao, reaching its budgetary ceiling.

With three extra-community players (Murillo, Greenwood, Rowe and perhaps Peaceao), OM should release a slot to record Endrick. But no naturalization or sale is guaranteed in the short term. Added to this is the pressure inherent in the Marseille environment. Like the Vitinha flop, an overly demanding context can quickly grind talents in the making.
