Surrounded by a certain skepticism in view of his back problems, the signing of Milan Skriniar for PSG will never have been the nice move hoped for by Luis Campos and his teams. Although he arrived free, the Slovak defender never managed to establish himself in the eyes of Luis Enrique, struggling to find the level he had at Inter Milan.

The ordeal experienced by Presnel Kimpembe certainly gave him significant playing time during his first season in the capital but since this summer and the arrival of Willian Pacho, the former Milanese has been reduced to a bare minimum with five meager appearances since. the start of the season. And the return from injury of Lucas Hernandez and the hoped-for return of Presnel Kimpembe have darkened his horizon a little more.

A salary that poses a problem

The capital club is also working on its departure and it could quickly take shape if the Turkish press is to be believed. According to Fotomac, Milan Skriniar could indeed quickly join Galatasaray. The Slovak defender has already reached an agreement with the Istanbul club and the latter continues to discuss with PSG. It remains to be seen what form this departure would take.

Given the salaries received by the Slovak international in the capital, it is unlikely that the Turkish club will be able to align. If he was recruited freely by PSG, Milan Skriniar receives one of the biggest salaries in the locker room with no less than 10 million euros per season, as much as Gianluigi Donnarumma or Achraf Hakimi. Galatasaray would therefore favor a loan, only agreeing to pay a limited part of his salary.
