Indeed, the Gunners, Chelsea and Manchester City are closely monitoring the situation of AC Milan star left-back Theo Hernandez, according to a report from TBR Football.
Chelsea’s interest in Hernandez dates back to May, despite the presence of established left-backs Marc Cucurella and Ben Chilwell in their squad. Although transfer expert Fabrizio Romano previously dismissed Arsenal’s links with Hernandez in April, saying Milan had no intention of selling, he is now raising the possibility.
In fact, with negotiations over his contract at a standstill, Arsenal could see him as a relevant addition to their squad as they aim for domestic and European honours.

For Manchester City, the pursuit of Hernández could solve a long-standing problem. Pep Guardiola has brought in makeshift options like Josko Gvardiol, Nathan Ake, Manuel Akanji and Rico Lewis to fill the left-back position.
With just 18 months remaining on his current deal, the Serie A club have struggled to convince the defender to sign up for an extension. Adding to the uncertainty, his relationship with Paulo Fonseca has reportedly deteriorated since the Portuguese coach’s arrival this summer.
