Saudi Arabia wants to treat itself to a PSG captain

Saudi Arabia has, for several transfer windows already, been pursuing a fairly aggressive recruitment policy, aiming to afford a good number of stars by offering them emoluments with which European clubs cannot – or do not want – to match.
