PSG could make a record sale during this summer transfer window.

Rather discreet since the opening of the summer transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain is moving up a gear. In terms of departures, Xavi Simons, loaned last season to RB Leipzig, could well be packing his bags for good.

Announced in the sights of Leipzig and especially Bayern Munich, who would have put on the table an offer of 70 million euros, Xavi Simons saw a new suitor make advances to him. It is Manchester United, according to information from Sport.

A €100 million offer for Simons?

And the Red Devils would be ready to go all out… Still according to the Catalan media, the Old Trafford residents would be willing to offer 100 million euros to PSG to secure the services of the Dutch attacking midfielder. A proposal that could well satisfy the Parisian decision-makers. It must be said that this would be the biggest sale ever made by the capital club in its history. For the moment, it is the transfer of Neymar to Al-Hilal for 90 million euros that has brought in the most money for the Red and Blue.

Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are unlikely to be apart much in the coming days. In addition to the Xavi Simons case, the Mancunians are eyeing Manuel Ugarte. For their part, the Parisians have their sights set on Jadon Sancho and Bruno Fernandes.
