Always on the lookout for new talents, Pep Guardiola's Manchester City is looking all over the world. And the Skyblues' latest discovery comes from the United States. Indeed, The Athletic reveals that the English have reached an agreement with the Philadelphia club Union concerning the young Cavan Sullivan.

The latter is 14 years old and will join the residents of the Etihad Stadium when he comes of age. The English media evokes an important financial agreement, including bonuses and a percentage on resale. Sullivan, who will remain in Philadelphia until his departure, will join City or another European club in the City Group when he turns 18.
