Koke extends at Atlético

A lifelong Atlético de Madrid player, Koke (32 years old) is the emblematic captain of the Colchoneros in recent seasons. The Spanish international midfielder (70 caps) was arriving a few months before the end of his contract with the Madrid team but he decided to extend the adventure.

Koke thus extended by one year until June 2025 and an agreement between him and the club was concluded for an annual renewal at the end of each season. With the Spanish club, Koke won 2 Liga (2014 and 2021), 2 Europa League (2012 and 2018) and also reached the Champions League final twice (2014 and 2016).
