Liverpool, it's official!

A new name appears on the Liverpool FC organization chart this Wednesday.

After the departure of Julian Ward in May 2023 and a vacancy of several months, Liverpool have finally found their new sporting director.

Richard Hughes, currently technical director at Bournemouth, will join the Reds at the end of the current season.

The Scottish leader expressed his pride and gratitude to Liverpool for the opportunity.

“I am incredibly proud to be given this opportunity. Liverpool is a unique club and I am grateful to have the chance to serve them,” he said.
