It has been in the pipeline for several days and it is now official. The Croatian coach, Igor Tudor (45), has finally found a bench after a year without leading a team since his departure from Olympique de Marseille. Lazio, who began looking for a new coach after the resignation of Maurizio Sarri, decided to entrust their destiny to Igor Tudor:

“SS Lazio announces that Igor Tudor, prestigious foreign coach, will take responsibility for the first team”, it is written in the official press release of the Roman club. Igor Tudor was on the shelves of several Serie A clubs in recent months including Juventus, Napoli, AS Roma and Torino. After a solid experience at Hellas Verona, the former defender will discover his third Italian club and coach his ninth team after stints in Croatia, Turkey and Greece.
