Bayern Munich announced on Sunday the signing for four and a half years of Sacha Boey, the French full-back who played for Galatasaray.

Trained at Stade Rennais, after a stint at Red Star, Sacha Boey continues its progress by signing Bayern Munich. The 23-year-old French full-back has signed up for four and a half years, until June 30, 2028, the German club said on Sunday. The transfer is estimated at 30 million euros.

The one who played until then in Galatasaray (Turkish D1) enriches the French contingent of the Bavarian team composed of Dayot Upamecano, Kingsley Coman and Mathys Tel. Sacha Boey arrives in this winter transfer window in Munich while the team coached by Thomas Tuchel faces several absences.

Joshua Kimmich, Konrad Laimer and Dayot Upamecano are injured while Min-jae Kim and Noussair Mazraoui are respectively selected for the Asian Cup of Nations and the African Cup of Nations.

Sacha Boey could debut with his new colors next Saturday Bundesliga (20th day) against Borussia Mönchengladbach.
