Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting’s future at Bayern Munich remains uncertain. At the end of his contract next June and not selected to play CAN 2023 with Cameroon, it seems unlikely that the Indomitable Lions striker will be extended.
But although speculation has emerged about a possible departure during this winter transfer window, including interest from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and links with Manchester United, Sky Germany suggests this Monday that the former member of Paris Saint -Germain is currently not willing to leave the German champion. The leaders of the Rekordmeister, for their part, would have only considered offering Choupo-Moting an exit voucher in the event of an offer deemed satisfactory, which has not yet been the case.
Despite the competition in attack with Harry Kane and Mathys Tel, the Hamburg native and the Rotten therefore want to finish the season together. As a reminder, Choupo-Moting has only found the net 3 times in 21 appearances for Bavaria this season.
