OGC Nice is preparing to experience a sudden departure during this winter transfer window.
Current runner-up to Paris Saint-Germain after 18 days, OGC Nice is working behind the scenes to adjust its squad. If new arrivals cannot be ruled out during this winter transfer window, the Riviera club’s next operation should be a fairly unexpected departure.
Nice has indeed reached an agreement with Salvatore Sirigu for the termination of the Italian goalkeeper’s contract. Arriving last summer to put on an understudy costume, the former PSG goalkeeper, aged 36, will head to Turkey.
No appearance with Nice
According to information from L’Équipe, Sirigu should join Fatih Karagumruk. The Italian international is expected there to undergo the traditional medical examination prior to signing his new lease. While initially linked to OGC Nice until June 31, Sirigu did not make a single appearance with the Gym.
