Aminata Diallo has no intention of giving up. As part of the case opposing him to his former teammate at Paris Saint-Germain Kheira Hamraoui, the lawyers of the Al-Nassr midfielder had filed a request for nullity aimed at invalidating the sound recordings made to the detriment of their client, in vain. While the lawyers of Grenobloise denounced a “misuse of procedure aimed at establishing alleged animosity”the magistrates of the Versailles Court of Appeal assured that “the sound measures at the home of Aminata Diallo and the vehicle used by the latter had been ordered in compliance with legal provisions”.
Despite the rejection of this request by the investigating chamber of the Versailles Court of Appeal in mid-December, The Team informs in today’s edition that the former Parisian has filed an appeal for cassation (a procedure which allows a legal decision to be challenged). “This appeal is made in the interests of the law, in view of the unacceptable behavior of the investigators in this case. It’s a fight for loyalty that Aminata Diallo is leading.”, replied Me Ruiz, defense lawyer. For the moment, the date of the Court of Cassation’s decision remains unknown.
