Atlético de Madrid are not yet completely rid of João Félix. Loaned to FC Barcelona for the season, the Portuguese got off to a good start before gradually fading away. The Catalan club would no longer be so eager to try to keep it at the end of the season. Xavi would be annoyed by the player’s too lax behavior, not hardworking enough for his liking. “We are very clear about this. João Félix is a player on loan to FC Barcelona and if he doesn’t want it anymore, he will have to come back to us. There are times when it turns out the way you think and there are times when it turns out completely different than you think.” João Félix will undoubtedly have difficulty working again with Diego Simeone, a coach with whom relations are still frosty.
