On December 24, Sir Jim Ratcliffe officially bought 25% of Manchester United’s shares. The British businessman will have control over several important areas, notably recruitment. But the Glazer family still remains in charge for the moment.

This Thursday, the Telegraph tells us that the management of the Red Devils and the boss of INEOS have made a pact. In fact, they signed a “mutual non-denigration” clause. The English media also clarified that the two camps must not “in any way, directly or indirectly, make or make public any public statement or announcement that relates to or constitutes an ad hominem attack against, criticizes or otherwise disparages” one or the other.
