The second half of the season is fast approaching for Paris Saint-Germain. And this is often decisive. The capital club will have to rely on all of its players to achieve the objectives set.

At the start of 2024, Luis Enrique should make a very important return to his team. Injured since the start of the season, the return of Nuno Mendes is long overdue and is starting to become clearer.

According to newspaper informationTeam, the Portuguese left-back has a good chance of returning to the Spanish technician’s group at the end of January. The player’s entourage would be very confident.

“It is progressing well, it is on schedule set by the initial planning,” declared one of his relatives.

Good news for the Rouge et Bleu who will begin a series of decisive matches at the start of 2024.

A crucial return for PSG

Paris Saint-Germain is eagerly awaiting the return of Nuno Mendes. The 21-year-old Portuguese international has been a key player in the Parisian squad since his arrival in the summer of 2021.

Fast lateral, power and technique, his contribution is undeniable when he is present on the pitch. He is a real threat to opponents in the offensive phase. Like Achraf Hakimi in the right lane, he offers real solutions on all levels for his coaches.

A return which could breathe life into the Parisian left flank which has been struggling since the start of the 2023/2024 financial year to perform as well as the right side where Ousmane Dembélé and Achraf Hakimi play.

It remains to be seen whether number 25 will be fit for the first leg of the Champions League on February 14 against Real Sociedad. The race against time has already begun.
