FC Barcelona star striker Robert Lewandowski is not enjoying this season as much as the previous one, with the Blaugrana under a lot of pressure.

If he is not the only one not up to par, the fact that he is one of the faces of the team and that he has only scored three goals since September weighs on both on an individual level and on a collective level. Lewandowski, who is now 35 years old, is the subject of much speculation as to whether he will be sidelined or even leave at the end of the season.

The Blaugrana have reportedly lost patience with Lewandowski, but if they were hoping to be able to offload the Polish striker this summer, they should think twice. Sport notes that Lewandowski turned down a €150 million deal from Saudi Arabia this summer, and has one year left on his contract, with an option for a fourth. His partner Anna Lewandowska told Onet that she and her family were well settled in Barcelona and enjoying life more.

For several months, I have been working on opening a gym and a dance school in Barcelona, where I also organize sports championships. Although I continue to manage companies in Poland, I go there less often. I have to plan my work commitments so that they do not interfere with my family life, as my daughter Klara goes to school.

“When we lived in Munich, I was completely absorbed in my work. I was in a bit of a whirlwind and sometimes wondered why I was doing this. Robert also asked me this question. After moving to Barcelona, I changed my way of looking at life. I started to appreciate it more and enjoy it to the fullest. The Catalans taught me that there is only one life and it is worth enjoying it”.

The Lewandowski family seems to have settled in Barcelona, and if it were up to Lewandowska, they wouldn’t be planning to move anytime soon. “Today I try to be more spontaneous and enjoy the little moments. You could say that Catalonia is my place to live and I hope that we will settle here and stay for a long time, because our daily life is completely different from Warsaw or Munich. We live near the beach and spend a lot of time there.”
