The draw for the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France offered a historic confrontation for fans of Revel, residents of Regional 1, equivalent to the 6th division. They will face PSG on January 7 but it will not take place in their usual stadium, which is not approved to host such a meeting. Two solutions quickly emerged: move the match to the Municipal Stadium in Toulouse, located a little more than 50 kilometers from Revel, or to the Pierre-Sage stadium in Castres, closer (30 km).

It is the latter enclosure which is favored, on the one hand for its greater proximity to Revel, and on the other hand for the minor economic risk. It is easier to fill the 12,000 places in Pierre-Sage than the 33,000 in Toulouse. There are still details to be resolved, in particular with the Tarn prefecture for security reasons. The municipality must also give its agreement to host this match in a stadium where Castres Olympique usually plays in rugby. That shouldn’t be a problem since this club is traveling in the Top 14 that weekend.
