Randal Kolo Muani is PSG’s most efficient striker this season in terms of shots converted into goals.

Recruited for 90 million euros during the 2023 summer transfer window, Randal Kolo Muani is regularly criticized for his offensive performance, often considered insufficient for such a transfer. Substitute at kick-off for the last three Ligue 1 matches of Paris Saint Germainthe former Nantes player seems to find new efficiency coming off the bench, already earning him the nickname supersub.

An effective attacker

Scorer against Monaco, the French international did it again this Saturday against his former club FC Nantes, thus giving victory to his team. And if the 25-year-old is still finding his feet, he presents a rather encouraging statistic regarding his effectiveness. RKM is in fact the Parisian player who has converted the most shots into goals this season. With 5 goals for 14 attempts, he sends 35% of his shots to the back of the net.

He is thus ahead of Marco Asensio (22%) and Kylian Mbappé, who completes the podium with 15%. Among the PSG attackers, Ousmane Dembélé brings up the rear with only one goal for 45 shots, a conversion rate of around 2%.
