As a reminder, Aminata Diallo is accused of having instigated the operation which resulted in the attack on Kheira Hamraoui. If Aminata Diallo’s lawyers hoped to have all of the sound systems in question canceled, this did not happen and they will therefore be added to the file.
Aggravated violence and criminal conspiracy
In various conversations revealed by different media over the months of the investigation, Aminata Diallo’s speech towards her former teammate was clearly not the most friendly. The sound systems, authorized following a supplementary indictment taken by the Versailles public prosecutor’s office in March 2022, will be important. Indicted in the main part of the case for aggravated violence and criminal conspiracy, Aminata Diallo is not finished.
