Born in 2004, in Chesnay, in Yvelines, Victor Wembanyama has naturally been a supporter of Paris Saint-Germain since his early childhood. On several occasions, the immense 2m24 basketball player appeared wearing a jersey from the capital’s club. Asked at a press conference about his relationship with his teammate Jeremy Sochan, Polish international and big Arsenal fan, the man nicknamed “Wemby” once again spoke of his passion for the Rouge et Bleu.
“Yes, we sometimes talk about football. My team is PSG of course! But, yeah, Jeremy was probably the first to welcome me to the Spurs, even before I was drafted. I played against him a long time ago. The player drafted in first position by the San Antonio Spurs has particular admiration for Kylian Mbappé. “Of course, for many years. I realize that we have a lot in common, commented the Métropolitans 92 player.
