Uncertainty reigns over the Ligue 1 match scheduled for Sunday, November 12 between Brest and Strasbourg.

Storm Ciaran did not spare the Francis-Le Blé stadium, notably damaging the roof of the Charles de Foucauld stand, reports SB29. Also the town hall of Brest has issued a municipal decree prohibiting access to the sports arena until November 15.

Brest-Strasbourg will therefore not be able to be played in Brittany in around ten days. Two options are therefore being considered. Either the pure and simple postponement of the meeting, or a reversal of the two host clubs on the calendar, and a first leg match thus organized in Alsace on November 12.

According to L’Equipe, the two teams concerned would favor this second option.
