A professional Gym player is currently threatening to throw himself into the void from the Magnan bridge, on the A8, very close to Nice. He allegedly stopped his vehicle on the emergency lane before threatening to end his life.
An operation is reportedly underway and firefighters, police officers, gendarmes and even a psychologist hired by the Riviera club are currently intervening to dissuade him. The Nice player would be suicidal after a romantic breakup, according to the same source.
According to information from France Bleu, the Nice player in question is Alexis Beka Beka (22 years old). The young midfielder, born in Paris, arrived in Nice in the summer of 2022, has not played a single match since the start of the season. He had to make do with 14 appearances last season.
