Sadio Mané might not be the only major player to leave Bayern Munich this summer. The Bavarian club would also seek to exfiltrate its German international, Leon Goreztka.
Tuchel pushes a taulier towards the exit
Goretzka is currently attracting interest from Manchester United. Erik Ten Hag, the manager of the Red Devils, holds him in high regard and would like to associate him with Casemiro in his midfield. The interested party made it clear that he did not want to leave the German champions. However, his management is said to be open to a sale as coach Thomas Tuchel has other preferred options for his midfielder.
Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg reporter says United’s interest is real and English club officials are considering making a bid for Goretzka by the end of the transfer window.
Note that Juventus would also monitor the player’s situation. However, the Piedmontese have a limited financial capacity.
